911 Monitor: When a land line call is
received in the communications center, the customer’s information is
shown on the E-911 screen. The information a dispatcher has available is
the name of the subscriber of the telephone, the address, the phone
number, if it is a pay phone or from a residence or business, as well as
which law, fire, and rescue agencies will respond.
If the call is coming from a cellular
phone, it will display the cell phone provider’s name (ex: Verizon,
Cricket, etc) and the call back number for the cell phone.
