* For non-emergency information during a disaster response/recovery or information as to why the tornado sirens are sounding: instead monitor local television and/or radio news broadcasts
* For general animal control: instead call the Nebraska Humane Society (444-7800).
* Broken street lights, wires down (not a hazard), loss of electricity:
