| The
RACAL machine records all phone conversations and the main radio channels
which are used by the various agencies which we serve. The phone and radio
traffic is recorded onto a type of DVD. These recordings are saved for a
period of 5 years. Many times the Communications Supervisor has to make
tapes of these recordings which are used in criminal
trials.
