We are pleased to add a link to the State Court website.  This link allows users to access Court calendars in both District and County Court.  Users must follow the prompts by entering the proper County, the date, and whether County or District Court is desired.  An additional option is a search by last name.

The Sarpy County Attorney is pleased to offer a link to this service BUT reminds users that despite efforts to ensure accuracy, a search resulting in no returns DOES NOT necessarily mean there is no Court date scheduled.  When in doubt, call the court or the child support services office to inquire about the status of a particular case.  Note: the Office of the Sarpy County Attorney is NOT responsible for the content of external web sites.
