Courthouse Construction Information

While we are here to serve you at your convenience, major construction at the Sarpy County Courthouse has made parking even more challenging than usual. To make your visit easier please note the following information and visit our Courthouse Campus Map. You can follow the progress of this project by viewing the Contstruction Camera.

Parking	The east parking lot is closed. You will have to park in the west parking lot. See Courthouse Campus Map.
Driver's Testing	Parking for driver's license road testing has been relocated to west parking lot. See Courthouse Campus Map.
Vehicle Inspection	Vehicle inspections required for used vehicles, with an out of state title, has moved to the Southeast Annex. See Courthouse Campus Map. Please be sure to be at the vehicle inspection office 1/2 hour before closing to ensure you have time to complete your transactions.
Court Days	Wednesdays and Fridays are busy court days - so parking will be more difficult those days.
Wednesday	The County Clerk and County Treasurer are open late on Wednesdays until 6:00 p.m. Most courthouse employees have departed by 5:00 p.m. making more parking available.
Mornings	Afternoons are always busier than morning in the administrative wing of the courthouse. The end of the month and the beginning of the month are always busier than the middle of the month.
Mail	Real-estate taxes and vehicle renewals can usually be accomplished by mail.
