The filing deadlines for such offices are; February 15, 2006 at 5:00 P.M. for incumbents and March 1, 2006 at 5:00 P.M. for non-incumbents. An incumbent is anyone serving in an elective office, even if they are filing for an office other than the one in which they are presently serving they are required to file by 5:00 o'clock P.M. on February 15, 2006.
