The filing deadlines for such offices are;
February 15, 2008 at 5:00 P.M. for incumbents and March 3, 2008
at 5:00 P.M. for non-incumbents. An incumbent is anyone serving
in an elective office, even if they are filing for an office
other than the one in which they are presently serving they
are required to file by 5:00 o'clock P.M. on February 15,
2008.
Filings with the Secretary of State: Requires
filing fee to be paid at the Secretary of State's Office.
State Legislature must also file a Declaration to Abide or
Not Abide by Voluntary Expenditure Limits. This is
