3. During this period, 44 facilities filed SARA Title III Tier II reports with SCEPC. Tier II reports are filed in the Emergency Management Office and are available for public inspection. During this period, twelve public and numerous responder information requests were handled. Two non-reporting facilities were identified during this period, notified of the reporting requirements, and reported for the first time.
4. The Sarpy County Emergency Response Plan, which is contained within the Sarpy County Local Emergency Operations Plan (LEOP), was updated on March 5 2001. The current revision introduced a Terrorism Appendix to the Law Enforcement Annex.
