  3. During this period, 48 facilities filed SARA Title III Tier II reports with SCEPC. Tier II reports are filed in the Emergency Management Office and are available for public inspection. During this period, six public and numerous responder information requests were handled. One non-reporting facility was identified during this period, notified of the reporting requirements, and reported for the first time.
  4. The Sarpy County Emergency Response Plan, which is contained within the Sarpy County Local Emergency Operations Plan (LEOP), was updated on September 15, 2003.
