Survey Information

You can receive survey information by calling us at 402-339-4606 x.123 please have legal description if possible. We sell county maps and legal survey's that have been filed in our office. We also have Quarter Sheets that have lot information, including lot sizes.

The surveyors office does not do private surveying for the public. Please refer to the Greater Omaha phone directory under surveyors, land.

The cost of county maps are as follows $10.00 for map 3x5 and $5.00 for a 2x3 map. These maps include Sarpy Road Map, Election Map Wards and Precincts, Fire Districts, School Districts, Sections, and Legislative.

Quarter sheets are $1.50 per sheet, these sheets are at a scale of 1"=200' or 1"=400'.

Survey sheets that are 8.5x11 or 8.5x14 are a $1.00 for the first sheet and $0.25 there after. Faxed sheets are $1.00 per sheet.

Download this program to view Section Corners within Sarpy County. One file is the program and the other is the database, which will be updated on a weekly basis.

Sections Program This file needs to be installed on your local hard drive, it is a read only access database.

Corners Database This is the database for the above program it will be updated on a weekly basis. Copy this file to the same directory as the program, when you open the program it will ask for this file.
