Cremation Assistance

General Assistance will consider providing cremation assistance for any person who has legal settlement in Sarpy County and the estate of the deceased and/or the income and resources of the responsible relatives are iinsufficient to meet the cremation expenses. 

The Sarpy County Human Service Office must be contacted prior to making cremation arrangements.
