Sarpy County Emergency Communication's is a 24 hour, 365 day a year operation, and is the Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) serving all of Sarpy County, Nebraska.
The Emergency Communications Center is staffed by public safety professionals who are trained to answer 911 and non-emergency telephone calls, as well as dispatch police, fire and emergency medical personnel. Our dedicated staff utilize emergency medical dispatch protocols to provide instructions, including life support, to the caller/patient until help arrives. The Emergency Communications team works in partnership with area law enforcement and emergency service agencies to ensure the safety and quality of life for residents, businesses and visitors throughout Sarpy County.
