PUBLIC HEARING AND RECOMMENDATION:    Bellbrook Homeowners Association has submitted an application for consideration of a Variance to the Sarpy County Zoning Regulations, Section 40 - Signs, 40.8.3 Subdivision Identification Signs, setback requirements for a monument sign on a parcel legally described as Outlot ‘O’, Bellbrook, as surveyed, platted and recorded in Sarpy County, NE.  Generally located southeast of 201st and Harrison Streets.  Staff Report - Bellbrook Outlot O
