  1. PUBLIC HEARING AND RECOMMENDATION:   Rex and Martha Anderson have submitted applications for consideration of a Change of Zone from RE2 and AGR to AGR and a Preliminary Plat and Final Plat of a subdivision to be known as Sherbrooke Replat 1, a replatting of Lots 1 and 2, Sherbrooke, a subdivision in Sarpy County, Nebraska.  Generally located southwest of 230th Plaza Circle and Cary Road.  STAFF REPORT

  3. PUBLIC HEARING AND RECOMMENDATION:   Hullabaloo, Inc. has submitted applications for consideration of a Change of Zone from IL to AG and a Special Use Permit in the AG Agricultural Farming District to allow a commercial recreation and camping area to be known as Falconwood Park (FKA Sokol Park), located at 901-905 Allied Road, legally described as Tax Lot D1 in Section 26, Township 13N, Range 13E of the 6th P.M. Sarpy County, Nebraska. Generally located east of Hwy 75 at Allied Road. STAFF REPORT

PUBLIC HEARING AND RECOMMENDATION: Applicant has requested the applications be tabled to the May 16, 2017 meeting.  Olivo Enterprises LLC has submitted applications for consideration of a Change of Zone from RD-50 to AG and a Special Use Permit in the AG Agricultural Farming District to allow a commercial recreation and camping area commonly known as Lake Olivo, legally described as a tract of land located in part of the SE1/4 of the NE1/4 and part of the NE1/4 of the SE1/4 all in Section 28, Township 13N, Range 12E of the 6th P.M. Sarpy County, Nebraska. Generally located three quarters of a mile south of 99th Street and Mitchell Road. STAFF REPORT
