This facility contains the offices and inmates of the Sarpy County Jail. The Sarpy County Law Enforcement Center was opened in 1989.

The facility is a 36-bed, staff-secure housing center for juveniles. The center includes an educational center, youth assessment center, juvenile court suite, visitation area, alternative school, as well as administrative offices. Sarpy County opened the doors of the Patrick J. Thomas Juvenile Justice Center in March, 2003. Vehicles towed by the Sarpy County Sheriff's Office are held at the Sarpy County Impound Lot. If your vehicle has been towed and you are releasing your vehicle to another party, fill out the Vehicle Release Form. Persons who are taking possession of the vehicle as a result of liens will need the Hold Harmless Form. For further information on payment of towing and storage fees, call 402-253-2590..
