| Fontenelle Nature Association and Sarpy County invite you to attend our upcoming Winter Wellness Free Day to kick-off Walk Sarpy 150 on Saturday, February 9 th from 10am to 3pm. The day’s highlights include a wellness festival, guided hikes, and a Dance Bonanza for children. Indoor and outdoor events are scheduled throughout the day. |

Grand Finale to the Sarpy County Sesquicentennial. On February 7, 2007 Sarpy County kicked off our 150 birthday celebration. The last year has been a year of celebrating our past through our public art project, historical presentations, parade participations and numerous other activities. Now it’s time to look ahead and to celebrate the vibrant, healthy future that is ours. |

To encourage everyone to get off the couches and out into the communities to enjoy all that Sarpy County and our five cities have to offer. Our parks, trails, historic neighborhoods and sites, and much more will be included in our challenge to walk 150 miles here in Sarpy County this year. |

Sarpy County Sesquicentennial Committee, Sarpy County Tourism, Sarpy-Cass Department of Health and Wellness, Sarpy Community YMCA, Suburban Newspapers, Fontenelle Nature Association, Blue Cross-Blue Shield of Nebraska, Hy-Vee, Alegent Midlands Hospital and Art F/X are partnering in the effort. |

Kick-off February 9, 2008, 10:00-3:00 at Fontenelle Forest Nature Center ( 1111 Bellevue Blvd. N, Bellevue). Join us and our partners for a free day at the forest to begin your 150 mile journey. Join our partners for health, fitness and nutritional information. Guided hikes, raptor presentations and kids activities will be included. Free pedometers to the first 150 individuals/families that sign up to accept the challenge courtesy of Blue Cross-Blue Shield. |

|
Various incentives will be provided to those participants that reach the 150 mile goals. These include water bottles, t-shirts and others to be announced. |
